Where are you guys located?
Trinkets and Treasures is solely based online. Everything you see on our website is available (in limited quantities) for delivery in Nassau, Bahamas. 

What are your business hours? 

 Monday - Friday

Saturday 9am - 6pm

Do you restock items that are out of stock?

Because we are such a small store, our inventory is very limited. We will always strive to present fresh, new items to our customers; therefore we rarely restock an item once it has sold out. If the product is in high demand, we will try our best to make it available again. 

Can I share your product images on my blog/social media account?
Yes! In fact, we have share buttons on all of our products. However, if you're going to use our images, you must link back to our website or the social media platform you are posting with. That being said, we love and appreciate any and all blogs/people that choose to feature our products! 

I make a product that would be perfect for Trinkets. Who do I contact?
We always welcome emails about products that you'd love to see sold on Trinkets and Treasures, whether it be your own Bahamian-made product or otherwise. In the future, we will offer local artists and makers a platform to share/sell their products. Please email us at hello@shoptrinkets.com.


What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Purchases will be subject to a conversion fee of 2.4% when using a Bahamian credit or debit card. However, you can also purchase items through PayPal or select COD (Cash On Delivery) as a payment option for your order! :)

What is your Privacy Policy?
We are committed to respecting the privacy rights and protecting the personal information of online visitors to our website. We will never sell or give out any information you provide us; We take your privacy seriously and any personal information received will only be used to fulfill your order.

What is your Refund Policy?
All products are sold as represented on our website. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase. At this time, we do not offer refunds. You may contact us if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value within 7 days from the purchase date. If an item of lesser value is chosen there will be no refund for the additional amount, only a store credit.

Is my credit card information protected?
Absolutely! All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.

Do you implement VAT?
At this time, we do not.

How will I know when my order is about to be delivered?
When your order begins its journey, you will receive a confirmation email.

How soon will I get my order?
Orders are delivered 1-2 business days of the order date. Sorry, at this time we do not offer expedited delivery services.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, only deliveries are made in Nassau, Bahamas. In the near future, we will ship to the major family islands.

What happens if I select the "Pick-Up" option for my order? 
A representative will contact you for further details/instructions.
